Now that the weather is getting warmer, it’s time to spring clean!!! My husband and I spent last weekend spring cleaning our house and garden, and it feels AMAZING knowing everything is in its right place, and there is nothing in our house that we don´t need or want.

I battled with being overweight since I was 8 years old. From the age of 12 I started dieting. Losing weight can be easy, keeping the weight off is another matter. I did lots of YoYo dieting, I suffered physically and emotionally, feeling like a looser for not being able to loose weight. I ate more, because I felt so bad. I was sad because I ate and I ate because I was sad. It was a vicious circle, until one day I had enough!
